Most of us know about the dangers of sitting all day. But standing all day can also be dangerous if you do it more than a few hours a day. Sitting all day long could lead to obesity, lower back pain, and other major issues. Standing for too long each day leads to pronation of the feet, lower back pain, and muscle stiffness.
